Observed multiple shredded bags of unknown white powdery substance along <br />the road and gutter of Stribley Park on E Hazelton Ave. Phoned City of Stockton, Street Landscaping and Maintenance, <br />209-937-8341, informed dispatch Maryann Lava and e-mailed photos. No clean up was observed on 12/06/2021 at 4:30 PM. <br />12/07/2021 - Phoned Street Landscaping and Maintenance, per Maryanna Lava, a crew will be send out in the morning. <br />Arrived on site, it appeared the white powdery substance was clean up and the torn paper bags are gone. However, clumps of <br />unknown powdery substance can still be observed from starting point of trail of unknown powdery substance. Street <br />Landscaping and Maintenance was called to come out and clean more. Spoke to Barbie Hedrick, who stated no note was on <br />file and they have not gone out to clean up. <br />On 12/13/2021, street sweeper was observed in the area. Arrived on site, observed street and gutter is cleaned. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having <br />them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br />appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
