Observed the wastewater pit was not
overflowing and the area immediately around the wastewater pit appeared clean. The facility's back parking lot and drain
catch basin also appeared clean. The valve in the drain was closed. Per Tom, and Aaron Spehling, General Manager, the
wastewater pit overflow was pumped back into the treatment process to be treated. Also observed on-site was an
orange-colored tank, which holds fresh water used to wash laundry per Tom, located across the waste water pit, which was
actively leaking liquid down the side of the tank. The pH of the liquid on the ground was 8.99. Per Tom, the liquid leaking
onto the ground will be placed into the waste water pit and from there the liquid goes through the treatment process.
Please be advised that the disposal of any waste [HSC 5411] or disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is
prohibited when the disposal is at a facility that is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal.
