ERTS Emergency Response and Training Solutions Emergency Response: On December 10, 2021, at 1631 ET, XPO Logistics retained Emergency Response and Training Solutions (ERTS) to complete all regulatory reporting. ERTS dispatched Ancon Services to conduct all on site cleanup activities. Regulatory Notifications: On December 10, 2021, at 1655 ET, pursuant to California Code, ERTS notified the California Office of Emergency Services. Bob with the California Office of Emergency Services took receipt of the call and issued report number 21-7048. ERTS then notified the San Joaquin County CUPA, Genesis took receipt of the call, but no CUPA number was issued. Corrective Action: On December 10, 2021, at 2120 EST, Ancon Services personnel arrived on site. They confirmed approximately 5 gallons of product released to a 10' x 1" area of the trailer floor and concrete dock floor. Ancon utilized absorbents to solidify and neutralize the released product as well as decontaminate the impacted areas. All waste was placed into (3) 55 gallon poly drums which were all staged on site for terminal personnel to manage. Waste Disposal: XPO Logistics manages the waste generated from their incidents.
