Time In: <br />Time Out: <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: CENTRAL VALLEY WASTE SERVICES Date: 03/02/2022 <br />Address: 1900 LAKESHORE DR, LODI <br />Owner/Operator: NANCY LAYLAND Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COPRBYC7C <br />Responsible Party Contact: HENRY FONTES <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />A mechanical failure of the garbage collection truck's grabber arm caused hydraulic oil to spill onto the roadway. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />A mechanical failure of the garbage collection truck's grabber arm caused hydraulic oil to spill onto the roadway. An <br />estimated 3 quarts of oil was released onto the pavement. No storm drains or waterways were impacted. Clean-up has been <br />completed by Waste Management employees. Waste was taken to yard at 1333 E. Turner Road in Lodi and will be handled <br />as hazardous waste. <br />Final disposal records will be verified on next routine hazardous waste inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
