I am assuming since the facility's other waste was also picked up on the same manifest, that
four of the six drums listed under item 11 were generated from other facility operations. Is the
total liquid waste generated two 55-gallon drums the correct amount of liquid waste
generated from the 11-27-2020 event?
Can you find out how staff managed the used absorbent and absorbent pad that was
placed under the fire-damaged car? Will any of the absorbent, and/or absorbent pad be
reused? If it will be deemed waste, please provide total amount of this waste, and whether it
was stored or disposed of, and how it is/was labeled; [hazardous or non-hazardous].
Thank you,
Claudia Muro
Environinental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
