On the manifest,
Lillian mentioned the waste was under item 11; where they are classified as
Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste Liquid (unused oil) 6 drums. Originally, the spill
notification came in as fuel mixed with water.
12/09/2020 Received response from Lillian Burns (Amazon). Lillian stated that both the
manifest and photo are correct: Section 32 clarifies item #11 - it reads, "109758
(Used Oil & Misc.)".
Responded to the email asking Lillian Burns if the facility's other waste was also
picked up on the same manifest: four of the six drums listed under item 11 were
generated from other facility operations? Asked if the total liquid waste generated
two 55-gallon drums the correct amount of liquid waste generated from the
11-27-2020 event.
Asked if Lillian can find out how staff classified the used absorbent and absorbent
pad that was placed under the fire-damaged car. Asked if any of the absorbent,
and/or absorbent pad be reused. Let her know if it will be deemed waste, if she
please provide total amount of this waste, and whether it was stored or disposed
of, and how it is/was labeled; [hazardous or non-hazardous].
MURO
5105.rpt
