ORD PRO538312 <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINT/CONSULTATION: <br />A vehicle fire was extinguished by Tracy Fire Department which resulted in the release of fuel mixed <br />with water. Some of the fuel/water mixture entered the storm drain. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br />Received notification of the vehicle fire from Lillian Burns, (Environmental Manager at Amazon.com <br />Services Inc). According to Lillian, the storm drain leads to the onsite detention basin. The asphalt, <br />storm drain, and line (20 feet) was pressure-washed by NRC Environmental Services Inc. All rinsate <br />was collected. <br />Arrived onsite to verify the cleanup. The surface of the asphalt and storm drain were observed to <br />have no sheen and no fuel odor was detected. I observed the entire span of the onsite detention <br />pond to be dry. A total of two 55-gallon drums (110 gallons) of hazardous waste flammable liquid <br />was generated and stored on site. One 55-gallon drum (200 pounds) of hazardous waste solids <br />contaminated with flammable liquids was generated and disposed by NRC Environmental Services <br />Inc on manifest #: 006456640GBF. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br />Please provide a copy of the disposal record for the two 55-gallon drums of hazardous waste liquids <br />once obtained. <br />CORRECT BY: <br />INSPECTED BY: Claudia Muro, EHS <br />RECEIVED BY: Emailed to Lillian Burns at burnslil@amazon.com DATE: 11/27/2020 <br />EHD 48-05 Rev. 04/19/12 INSPECTION REPORT
