Please confirm receipt. <br />Please provide a written hazardous waste determination and disposal documentation for the generated waste to the <br />EHD in order to abate this spill complaint. <br />COST RECOVERY: All EHD time associated with this Spill Response is billed to the responsible party at the current hourly <br />rate.
