THERE WAS A HUGE OIL <br />STAIN ON THE GROUND. <br />OBSERVATIONS: <br />Arrived on-site and met with Caleb Smith, City of Tracy Environmental Compliance Technician (stormwater), and Shawn <br />Potter, City of Tracy Code Enforcement Officer. A 2 ft by 3 ft stain was observed near the south-east corner of the gravel <br />and soil lot. The lot is located on the south-east side of the Judah Way and Hopkins Rd intersection. Two 1 ft by 1ft lighter <br />colored stains were observed near the previously mentioned stain. Fedex vehicles were not observed on-site at the time of <br />inspection. <br />Please be advised that the disposal of any waste [HSC 5411] or disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is <br />prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC <br />25189.5(a).]. Please be aware that all hazardous waste shall be disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste manifesting <br />procedure [HSC 25160 (b)(3)].Immediately perform clean-up of the spill and notify the EHD when the clean-up is complete <br />for verification.
