No SUSZYCKI <br />recent permits have been taken out and the property is connected to city sewer <br />and water. <br />09/02/2021 Visited the property and was unable to see any surfacing sewage as the gate was SUSZYCKI <br />closed. I called the complainant while at the site and she stated that the issues <br />were fixed but the plumber told her that there will probably be sewage issues <br />again due to the lines being undersized. I told the complainant that as there is no <br />current issue I would not be posting anything but I did ask for the owners number. <br />09/02/2021 Called the owner and left a message letting her know SUSZYCKI <br />that I was at the property and that if there is a sewage issue again we may require <br />her to replace the lines. <br />called back and I was able to explain the situation to her. She stated <br />that the tenant has clogged the drains in the past by putting things down them that <br />she shouldn't. <br />10/01/2021 Created an Official Inspection Report stating that the plumbing was fixed before I SUSZYCKI <br />went to the property. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />5105 rpt <br /> <br />Page lot 1
