Emailed him the following: _ <br />The complaint states that the septic tank has not being cleaned out. This created <br />a nuisance and the complainant reported it. I am required to go to the property and <br />investigate the claimed violations and it is the owner's responsibility to correct the <br />violations. I did not post anything but will do if I see any violations related to my <br />department. If you have serviced the septic tank and got it inspected eight months <br />ago, I will close the complaint from our end after receiving the receipt from you. <br />The following violations pertain to your property unless it is proven after the <br />investigation to be incorrect: <br />2.10.4 Owners of OVVTS shall maintain monitoring, maintenance, and operations <br />records <br />for five years and shall provide to the Environmental Health Department upon <br />request. The San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment System <br />Standards section 2.10.4 <br />1.12.2 All standard OVVTS shall be operated and maintained pursuant to the <br />following: <br />a) Septic tanks shall be pumped on a regular basis, but at least once every <br />three years. The frequency of pumping may be modified based on actual <br />measured scum and sludge accumulation rates. SALINAS <br />12/14/2021 Called and left message. Replied through text scheduled appointment for today at SALINAS <br />4 pm. <br />12/14/2021 Visited the property, met with ,, she showed me the shower but with dried SALINAS <br />sewage, I told her that I was going to talk to my supervisor to see if I could use the <br />pictures from Juanita from CDD to get the owner to fix it since the water was shut <br />down and there was no surfacing sewage fresh, just the shower being dirty with <br />dried sewage. I did not promised anything. I contacted Juanita and she sent me <br />the pictures and confirmed the sewage was backing up when she visited the <br />property. <br />5105. rpt <br />Page 2 of 3
