Complaint Investigation Summary Report #. 5105 COMPLAINT ID: C00054183 Site Location: 25883 S CORRAL HOLLOW RD Activity Summary Activity Date 09/02/2021 Recorded by Called Owner's son and was hostile while I was on the phone with him, requested SALINAS the code where it stated he needed to do provide proof of spntic tank and provided me with his email. Emailed him the following: _ The complaint states that the septic tank has not being cleaned out. This created a nuisance and the complainant reported it. I am required to go to the property and investigate the claimed violations and it is the owner's responsibility to correct the violations. I did not post anything but will do if I see any violations related to my department. If you have serviced the septic tank and got it inspected eight months ago, I will close the complaint from our end after receiving the receipt from you. The following violations pertain to your property unless it is proven after the investigation to be incorrect: 2.10.4 Owners of OVVTS shall maintain monitoring, maintenance, and operations records for five years and shall provide to the Environmental Health Department upon request. The San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Standards section 2.10.4 1.12.2 All standard OVVTS shall be operated and maintained pursuant to the following: a) Septic tanks shall be pumped on a regular basis, but at least once every three years. The frequency of pumping may be modified based on actual measured scum and sludge accumulation rates. Replied through text scheduled appointment for today at SALINAS 4 pm. 12/14/2021 Visited the property, met with ,, she showed me the shower but with dried SALINAS sewage, I told her that I was going to talk to my supervisor to see if I could use the pictures from Juanita from CDD to get the owner to fix it since the water was shut down and there was no surfacing sewage fresh, just the shower being dirty with dried sewage. I did not promised anything. I contacted Juanita and she sent me the pictures and confirmed the sewage was backing up when she visited the property. 5105. rpt Page 2 of 3
