PROPERTY INFORMATION Property Name: Site Location 15537 S KELSO RD District 003 - PATTI, TOM TRACY, CA 95391 Location Code 99- UNINCORPORATED AREA Cross Street LINDEMANN RD APN 20902021 Complaint Status: Date Abated: Naktd Abated By: Activity Summary Activity Date Recorded by 09/09/2021 Visited the property, I was able to verify that there are people living in the two SALINAS structures (that is a tan color mobile office and a blue storage container, including a shed to the left of the blue container near the river) I could not see any sewage or connections to the structures but noted electrical cords running through and a small ac unit in both of the structures. I knocked on the blue storage container and a man yelled stating he got covid, I tried to let him know why I was there but he kept interrupting me and stating he got covid. I tried to say that it was okay since I was more than 6 feet apart and he was inside the container and I was wearing a mask. I also told him that they could not dump sewage into the river and he said "I can't hear you". I then spoke with a woman named who stated she is the caretaker of an elderly woman living in the mobile office. I explained clearly that I was not there for the electrical, just the sewage part since they are dumping the sewage in the river, she denied that they do so and stated that they go to the gas station nearby (which the closest business is the area near Costco which is far). Asked me not to say anything to code enforcement and I explained that I could not do so, and besides, they already have it and will show up soon for the un permitted modifications to the two mobile structures, the sewage and the electrical connections. I asked if I could just verify they did not have a bathroom inside the structures and she stated that they might have covid and that she will give me a call when they are certain of their health status. 09/13/2021 uploaded pictures taken and emailed Juanita with a heads up on the property SALINAS based on our findings. Hostile resident, might need TEAM? 09/27/2021 Created a notice of complaint of alleged surfacing sewage violations. Made two SALINAS copies, attached one to the complaint and one to mail. 10/07/2021 Complainant called. She wanted to get an update on our progress with the SANGALANG complaint. I explained that we did an inspection and told her what we observed. She said that the squatters are still there dumping sewage into the river. I told her that I would update the complaint and put in another with CDD who now has the housing abatement program. She recommended that we go with the Sheriffs Office. 10/12/2021 Spoke to Jose, Scott and the owner's son about the property, agreed on a time for SALINAS the inspection.
