I told him that he wou d need to speak with CDD. <br />Larry also asked if we would be able to close the complaints. I told him that I could <br />close the cannabis side but I need the out-of-service well permit to close that <br />complaint. I also told Larry that CDD may have something that still needs to be <br />done. <br />Looked the property up on Envision and I did not see any out-of-service well <br />permit taken out for the property yet. <br />09/08/2021 Filled out a new Water Well Notice to Abate and attached it to the complaint. SUSZYCKI <br />Printed out a well permit application and created letter telling the owner that they <br />need to either destroy the well, repair it, or have it listed out of service. <br />Turned the complaint in for review. <br />09/10/2021 MAILED REGULAR WATER WELL NOTICE TO ABATE DATED 08/19/2021, BALLWAHN <br />LETTER, AND BLANK PERMIT TO PROPERTY OWNER <br />VISAYA OLGA OCHOA TR <br />113 SERRA CT <br />VALLEJO CA 94590 <br />09/23/2021 The son of the owner called and left a message asking if he can SUSZYCKI <br />sign the permit for the out-of-service well. I asked Caesar and he said that would <br />be ok. <br />Called the son back and let him know. He said he would be sending the signed <br />permit and check in the mail. <br />10/14/2021 Received well out of service" permit application.
