Complaint Investigation Summary Report #. 5105
COMPLAINT ID: C00054377 Site Location: 17168 S SEIDNER AVE
Received by: EE0008987 SANGALANG Received Date: 10/19/2021
Complaint Received Via: CODE ENFORCEMENT
Assigned To: EE0000039 GOODERHAM Assigned Date: 10/19/2021
Proaram/Element Code 4300 - WELL PROGRAM
Nature of complaint:
VERY HIGH LEVELS OF NITRATE IN THE WATER, WHICH COMES FROM THE WELL. WATER IS NOT DRINKABLE. *CS-2101988
PROPERTY INFORMATION
Property Name:
Site Location 17168 S SEIDNER AVE
District 004 - WINN, CHARLES
ESCALON, CA 95320
Location Code 99- UNINCORPORATED AREA
Cross Street HWY 120
APN 22916014
Complaint Status: \Avl -co J
Date Abated \\I \ I '1_0'1, L Abated By
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
10/20/2021 Spoke with current tenants and they expressed that the water was tested and the GOODERHAM
results showed high nitrates. They received a letter saying to not drink the water.
The tenant said the letter was lost.
I called the property management company and asked if they could provide the
well water results and I was told to reach out to the property owners myself and
that they would reach out to the property owners for the water results.
11/10/2021 Reviewed correspondence from the state water boards sent to the owner.
The correspondence states that Nitrates are 29.5 mg/L - Nitrogen.
See correspondence for more details.
I was unable to get a chain of custody from the complainant so I deem this unable
to verify, because no chain of custody is provided and Im not sure if the water was
analyzed at a state certified lab.
GOODERHAM
5105 rpt Page 1 of 1
