Stated that the water well gets sampled <br />monthly and that there are no issues that she knows of. She let me in the property <br />to verify if there was any type of sewage discharged as mentioned in the alleged <br />complaint. <br />I observed space number 8 without a 90 degree pvc connection from recreational <br />vehicle to the sewage pit. Walked around Row 1. No sewage smell, took pictures <br />of some of the rv's. Could not verify sewage smell. Notified manager. <br />The manager gave me Sam Hedge's phone number and email to request a water <br />sample results report to verify the water is not contaminated. <br />SALINAS 12/16/2021 called complainant, asked more information on the complaint. <br />there, Feared retaliation and asked to be anonymous. Also <br />mentioned that the park is suspended by the housing authority. I told her that I only <br />do wells and septics and for any housing questions she could talk to code <br />enforcement and provided the number. Mentioned substandard issues such as <br />leaking roof and no heat due to malfunction. Will email Juanita about it. <br />12/20/2021 Received via e-mail water results, printed email and called complainant, stated <br />that I will close the complaint since I was not able to verify alleged violations. I told <br />her I drove around the park to verify everything was properly connected to <br />sewage, and checked the well which was in good shape. I also met with the <br />manager and she provided me with the water service operator <br />samhedge@caldsl.net Sam Hedger 209-836-2090. She felt relieved knowing the <br />water is safe. <br />01/13/2022 asked Mr. Shih about the site for surfacing sewage and water well for the water <br />smelling like sewage. He said we should reach out to Navjot to see if they have <br />any results with high contamination and ask to notify us if that happens. Created <br />photo log and official inspection report since I was able to verify that the water is <br />safe. Abating complaint.
