A permit from 1966 for a SUSZYCKI different structure indicated an existing septic system on site. I did not see any permits that discussed a well on the property. 12/27/2021 Visited the property and spoke with the tenants. The hole is located in the backyard next to the driveway. It had the appearance of a septic seepage pit and not an abandoned well. I tagged the pit at 14' in depth and is probably about 3' across. I probed the dirt around the pit and found the soil very soft about 5 feet out from it. I told the tenants not to use the driveway until the pit is filled as the edges of it may be over the soft soil. The tenant gave me the number of the owner, Steve Vanzzeti (sp?)AN/ 1.1111WI posted the property with a Notice to Secure and a Notice to Abate. A piece of plywood is currently covering the pit and it is tapped off. SUSZYCKI 12/27/2021 Created a photographic log, scanned it along with the notices, and sent it to Mr. SUSZYCKI Shih. 12/27/2021 Called the owner and explained the situation to him. He is going to have a septic SUSZYCKI contractor fill in the pit under permit. 12/28/2021 Returned a call from the tenants and let them know that the owner plans on SUSZYCKI getting a contractor to fill in the pit under permit. 01/10/2022 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO SECURE, WATER WELL NOTICE TO ABATE, BALLWAHN AND PHOTO LOG, DATED 12/27/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. CSRP LLC 7205 PARKWOODS DR STOCKTON CA 95207 01/12/2022 Reviewed the complaint and found the permit for destruction of the seepage pit, SUSZYCKI SR0084665. Called Mr. Vanzetti and he stated that he sent a contractor out there with a backhoe who found at least one other pit.
