A permit from 1966 for a SUSZYCKI <br />different structure indicated an existing septic system on site. I did not see any <br />permits that discussed a well on the property. <br />12/27/2021 Visited the property and spoke with the tenants. The hole is located in the <br />backyard next to the driveway. It had the appearance of a septic seepage pit and <br />not an abandoned well. I tagged the pit at 14' in depth and is probably about 3' <br />across. I probed the dirt around the pit and found the soil very soft about 5 feet out <br />from it. I told the tenants not to use the driveway until the pit is filled as the edges <br />of it may be over the soft soil. <br />The tenant gave me the number of the owner, Steve Vanzzeti (sp?)AN/ <br />1.1111WI posted the property with a Notice to Secure and a Notice to Abate. A <br />piece of plywood is currently covering the pit and it is tapped off. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />12/27/2021 Created a photographic log, scanned it along with the notices, and sent it to Mr. SUSZYCKI <br />Shih. <br />12/27/2021 Called the owner and explained the situation to him. He is going to have a septic SUSZYCKI <br />contractor fill in the pit under permit. <br />12/28/2021 Returned a call from the tenants and let them know that the owner plans on SUSZYCKI <br />getting a contractor to fill in the pit under permit. <br />01/10/2022 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO SECURE, WATER WELL NOTICE TO ABATE, BALLWAHN <br />AND PHOTO LOG, DATED 12/27/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />CSRP LLC <br />7205 PARKWOODS DR <br />STOCKTON CA 95207 <br />01/12/2022 Reviewed the complaint and found the permit for destruction of the seepage pit, SUSZYCKI <br />SR0084665. <br />Called Mr. Vanzetti and he stated that he sent a contractor out there with a <br />backhoe who found at least one other pit.
