The reinspection was conducted with SINGH <br /> Mike S., REHS. The garbage situation is becoming worse. The odor was <br /> extensive and the fly population was heavy. There is more traffic at the site than <br /> previously observed. <br /> 04/16/2021 Received email from Mike S. with photolog. The information was reviewed and a SINGH <br /> forwarded to Robert M. Reviewed file that was provided by Mike, I made copies of <br /> some of the documents and then returned the file. <br /> 04/19/2021 Created a photolog and completed an OIR for the inspection conducted on SINGH <br /> 4/14/21. <br /> 04/21/2021 Updated file. SINGH <br /> 04/28/2021 1914 Auto Ave., Stockton - Reinspection. The inspection was conducted with Mike SINGH <br /> S. and Pinne C. There has been no improvements since the last inspection. The <br /> amount of garbage/ refuse continues to increase. The fly population is heavy and <br /> the odor is intense. <br /> Note: Multiple inspections conducted this day, traveling time varied. <br /> 04/28/2021 1914 Auto Ave CHAO <br /> Routine inspection with Sandip Singh and Michael Suszycki. <br /> Went on multiple inspections. <br /> 05/04/2021 Created photolog and drafted OIR for the inspection conducted on 4/28/21. SINGH <br /> Reviewed complaint. <br /> 05/05/2021 Updated file. SINGH <br /> 05/12/2021 1914 N Auto Ave., Stockton - Reinspection. The inspection was conducted with SINGH <br /> Pinne C (EHS).The boat that was previously on the property has been removed. <br /> A new trailer has relocated to the site.
