OBSERVATION: The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not accurate. The Primary Emergency contact, Tony Verdi, and Secondary Emergency Contact, Don Tucker have not been affiliated with this facility in over a year. REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calep;a.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation. 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. OBSERVATION: At least 192 gallons of flammable hand sanitizer was found inside the maintenance room at the northwest area of the facility. The updated information has not been reported to CERS. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval.
