This drilling program is part of a cooperative <br /> f project with San Joaquin County- Flood Control and Water Conservation District <br /> evaluating the "Potential for Artificial GroLwd-Water Rec�in Eastern San <br /> l Joaquin County." <br /> We plan to d.rxzli„1.5o�20�te_sth¢ es and have contacted and received permis- <br /> sion to drill from 16 property owners. The enclosed list and map include a <br /> few sites on property where the owne.r_s_are—nel-u.cta,nt, so that we may cancel <br /> some sites and possibly add others.
