The missing receipts include: <br /> Antifreeze,waste code 133 <br /> 12/8/2020 <br /> 9/2/2020 <br /> 6/10/2020 <br /> 3/20/2020 <br /> Used oil,waste code 221 <br /> 11/1/2021 <br /> 12/8/2020 <br /> 9/2/2020 <br /> 6/10/2020 <br /> 3/20/2020 <br /> 12/10/2019 <br /> 9/12/2019 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above.
