All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Request of a pre-final to discuss floor finish for walk in cooler. Currently project superintendent plans to seal concrete floor with <br />commercial/industrial grade seal and install coved metal base. This finish is acceptable by this department. Make sure to seal <br />floor 2-3 times so that is nonabsorbent. <br />NOTE: So far all other finishes and equipment look acceptable. Make sure to provide a hand sink at customer service area as <br />shown on plans. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
