Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) for Parcel #1 and remainder under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. The sewage disposal system for Parcel #I and remainder shall comply with the on site <br /> sewage Standards of San Joaquin County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test <br /> and a sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained <br /> from the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> F. Construction of individual domestic water well for Parcel #1 and remainder under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
