INTERVIEWS <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical,as well as,current information relative to the subject site <br /> from the property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective of the interview process <br /> is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with the <br /> proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was mailed to the <br /> property owner by NOA Environmental. <br /> In the client questionnaire, Elward Goehring noted that the assessor's parcel number for the site is <br /> 063-160-16. The property owners are listed as being Elward D. and Otto H. Goehring , with the <br /> former Jacob Goehring and Charles Beckman still showing on the deed. The property is listed as <br /> currently being used for vineyard growing and has been since 1942. According to the owner,there <br /> are no above or underground storage tanks on the site.It was also noted that agricultural chemicals <br /> were applied to the subject property. <br /> VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> A site map and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix F. <br /> The subject property is located at 14051 N. Highway 88,Lodi,San Joaquin County,California. The <br /> subject property is used for agricultural production. The property is zoned Ag-40 and is currently <br /> in grape production. The property appears to be relatively flat with no noticeable structures on the <br /> property. The property is bounded to the east by North Highway 88 and to the north,south,and west <br /> by vineyards. <br /> No industrial processes with the potential to release lead into the environment were observed on the <br /> subject property. No potential lead-containing commercial products were observed on the subject <br /> property. <br /> VIII. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection <br /> with the subject property. We wish to reiterate that this property is under a Williamson Act <br /> contract and will remain agricultural. No plans to convert this property to residential exist. <br /> 10 <br />
