19 MAY 2000
NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE00-144
SURFACE/SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT
GOEHRING PROPERTY
1 14051 N. HIGHWAY 88
LODI, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
I. SUMMARY
NOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Mr. Elward Goehring, of Lodi, California to
conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the property located at 14051 N. Highway
88, Lodi, San Joaquin County, California. The Assessor's Parcel Number assigned to this property
is 063-160-16.
The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify to the extent feasible,
any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. It
is the owner's intent to leave the property as it currently is. In addition,it is also to be noted that
this property is under a Williamson Act contract and cannot be removed from agricultural use
without jurisdictional agency approval.
Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and local and regional agencies were contacted in
order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The
search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties, and to properties within a search
radius of one-quarter (1/4) mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property
background and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the
topography, soil type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are
discussed. Interviews were conducted and a site reconnaissance was completed. The data pertinent
to this investigation can be found in the body of this document. The primary investigator for the
assessment was Mrs. Tiffani M. Fink.
1
