Box 1810 <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION <br />1985 OCT 29 PM 4: 05 <br />RECORDED AT E EST OF <br />FEE <br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472, inclusive of the Government <br />Code of the State of California, this Certificate of Correction is made to <br />correct the location of the leach field and well areas shown on Lot 3, of that <br />certain subdivision entitled "Rancho Cinquo Palomas, Tract No. 1353", filed for <br />record in Book of Maps and Plats, Volume 24, page 62, San Joaquin County <br />Records. <br />The new leach field area of Lot 3 is hereby corrected and is now described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of the proposed leach field for Lot 3 <br />as shown on said subdivision map; thence North 550 East along the southeasterly <br />boundary of said proposed leach field, 291 feet; thence leaving said <br />southeasterly boundary, North 0' 32' West parallel with the east boundary of <br />said Lot 3, for a distance of 49 feet; thence North 88° 38' West parallel with <br />the north boundary of said Lot 3, for a distance of 17 feet; thence South 55° <br />West 192 feet; thence southerly 28 feet to a point on a line parallel with, and <br />33 feet distant by right angle measurement, from the southeasterly boundary of <br />said Lot 3; thence along said parallel line South 55° West, 77 feet; thence <br />southerly 34 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Containing 12,290 square feet, more or less. <br />The well area of Lot 3 is hereby corrected and is now described as 20 <br />feet east of the west boundary, and 76 feet south of the north boundary of said <br />Lot 3. <br />The present fee owners of the property are Walter Pann and Margaret Pann, <br />husband and wife as joint tenants. <br />t� <br />NOV 2 U 1985 <br />ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH <br />f ERMIT/SERVICES <br />Dated this 9/*1 day of 14446,g , 1985 <br />r�49- Vk- <br />Ja6es Tibbens <br />Civi ngineer No. C-22458 <br />When Recorded mail to: <br />Attention: R.
