The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 2 feet above the natural ground <br /> elevation. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road will be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Parcel Map requirement is waived. A "Certificate of Compliance" is required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-890.4) <br /> 2.
