18 MAY 2000 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE00-145 <br /> No-Foam-A: 1996, 1997 <br /> Copper Sulfur: 1998 <br /> Rubigan (Fenarimol): 1998 <br /> Thiolux (Sulfur): 1998 <br /> Kalgreen: 1998 <br /> Herb Activator: 1996 <br /> Solicam (Norflurazon): 1996 <br /> The above mentioned chemicals were researched with the use of Extoxnet. This database is <br /> provided by several toxicology departments across the west coast. According to the information <br /> provided in this database, Paraquat, Bacillus Thuringiensis, Carbofluran, and Diuron are the <br /> only chemicals which may be persistent in the soil and groundwater. Carbofluran and Bacillus <br /> Thuringiensis have persistent rates of 3 to 4 months while Diuron d Paraquat ave rates which <br /> extend to 1 year. <br /> Copies of the agricultural use permits have been included in this report as Appendix E. <br /> Copies of the data retrieved from Extoxnet have been included in this report as Appendix G. <br /> 5. Public Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> The San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health was contacted by telephone in an <br /> effort to determine the water source for the subject property. According to officials at the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health,the subject property is served by V e <br /> and due to its location outside of the city limits, it is not able to connect to the public water Supp y. <br /> The San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health was contacted by telephone in an <br /> effort to determine whether subject property is connected to a municipal sewer system. According <br /> to officials at the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health,the subject property is <br /> outside of the urban area and therefore not connected to a_municipal sewer system. It was noted <br /> however, that the property does have its own ep is tan c an leech fields. <br /> Copies of the permits for the water well and septic tank, in addition to, location maps have been <br /> included in this report as Appendix F. <br /> 6. San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District(APCD)was contacted in an effort <br /> to obtain information as to whether any agricultural burn permits have been issued for the subject <br /> property. According to APCD officials, a agricultural burn permit was issued for the subject <br />
