Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> Our office reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks List (LUST) and the Spills, Leaks, <br /> Investigations,and Cleanups List(SLIC)on file with the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board(RWQCB) in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note <br /> the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property <br /> or within a one-half(%2)mile radius of the subject property. <br /> According to the RWQCB Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System list dated <br /> September 1999,the RWQCB notes no unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the <br /> environment on the subject property at this time. The RWQCB notes that there are no (0) sites on <br /> the Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System list which are within the specified <br /> search radius where an unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous substance has occurred. <br /> According to the RWQCB SLIC/DOD/DOE (Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanup <br /> Sites/Federal Department of Defense Sites/Federal Department of Energy Sites)list dated 3rd quarter <br /> 1999,the subject property does not appear on this list at this time. The R__WOCB notes no (0) si s <br /> on the SLIC/DOD/DOE list which are within the specified search radius. <br /> 2 San Joaquin Counly Environmental Health Department <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to review file <br /> information on sites identified in the state and federal records search and to identify any additional <br /> sites near the subject property which are not on the state or federal lists. <br /> The following lists were reviewed: <br /> Hazardous Waste Cleanup Sites (including leaking USTs) as of June 1999 <br /> Registered Underground Storage Tanks as of June 1999 <br /> Hazardous Materials Incidents as of June 1999 <br /> The subject property does not appear on any of these lists. <br /> There were no adjoining properties noted on any of these lists.No properties within 1/4 mile of the <br /> subject property were found on these lists. <br /> 5 <br />
