Per F&H <br /> Construction representative,the City of Stockton gave the"green light"on the facility's electrical approximately 2 weeks ago. <br /> PG&E has not been provided yet(8-12 weeks out/may need to install a new power pole).The generator is turned on in the <br /> morning and turned off in the evening. Refrigeration will be temporarily provided in the portables where permanent electricity <br /> exists. <br /> ***Please contact inspector when permanent PG&E is provided— <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
