Henry Rd
Bill, my staff and I have reveiwed the site plan submitted by you regarding the above listed
address. Here are our comments. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks Robert
Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator RENS
Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205-6232
Phone (209) 468-0332
Fax (209) 468-8392
In follow-up to the review of a work plan for the property located at 22865 S. Henry Rd, the
EHD has the following comments:
1. All clean closure activities need to be addressed in a subsequent, more detailed plan
and provide a Health and Safety Plan that covers all site activity.
2. Submit to the EHD Health and Safety Plan for review and approval. The site Health and
Safety Plan needs to include all people that will be onsite while work is being conducted.
3. Submit to the EHD a copy of the grading permit.
4. Provide a map showing areas that will be excavated. The map should include the proposed
depth of each excavation. Excavations of unknown areas require 40 hours of HAZWOPR
training.
5. Remove all surface debris from site for appropriate disposal and address this in your work
plan.
Please, submit to the EHD corrections that address the above noted items. Once the corrections
are submitted, the EHD will further evaluate the work plan as being complete and correct.
From: Natalia Subbotnikova [EH]
Sent: Friday, January 25, 2013 8:23 AM
To: Robert McClellon [EH]
Subject: 22865 S.
