The EHD has <br />issued you a Notice and Order for the Henry Road Property and you have a compliance deadline that has <br />recently passed. The EHD is willing to pursue enforcement action on this issue. The Notice and Order is <br />corrective action that is necessary for the site to meet state minimum standards. It is the lowest level of corrective <br />action required. You need to contact this office immediately and provide information regarding your plans for <br />remedial action at your site in order to avoid further enforcement. I have surveyed the exciting grads of the <br />contaminated area shown on the attachment. I would like to regrade the site to drain to the pond shown on <br />the plan with arrows then cover the area with 1 to 2 feet of clean soil. this may require to haul in extra fill.
