with the terms of this order, the owner and operator may be required to take further actions as necessary to <br /> protect public health, safety or the environment. <br /> The LEA shall not be liable for injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from acts or <br /> omissions by the owner or operator or related parties in carrying out activities pursuant to this order, nor <br /> shall the LEA be held as a party to any contract entered into by the owner or operator or their agent(s) in <br /> carrying out activities pursuant to this order. <br /> This order is supported by the accompanying declaration of Natalia Subbotnikova, Senior REHS. <br /> This Notice and Order does not relieve the operator or property owner from complying with all other <br /> local, state, and federal requirements. It is the property owner/operator's responsibility to ascertain what <br /> measures may be required to be taken by other state and/or federal agencies, in conjunction with the <br /> remediation project. If such measures are required and if fulfillment of such requirements impacts your <br /> ability to comply with the compliance schedule in this Order, you may submit a written request to the <br /> LEA on or before December 14, 2008 for an extension of time with respect to the deadlines in the <br /> compliance schedule.
