The Air Pollution Control District Report dated August 11, 1998, indicates that the fir <br /> 4 <br /> 5 was confined to a large pile of dry grass, trash, tree stumps, old vehicle wheels an <br /> 6 lumber(mixed solid wastes). <br /> k. On November 4, 1998, a site visit was made to assess the site as to the status of an <br /> 8 <br /> clean-up efforts. No progress was noted, in fact, solid waste garbage and debris continues to b <br /> 9 <br /> 10 deposited at this site. Attached hereto as exhibit H, are photographs, which are true and correc <br /> 11 copies as taken by declarant. <br /> 12 <br /> 1. On February 8, 1999, declarant made a site visit to 23201 South Santa Fe Road, t <br /> 13 <br /> 14 determine if any wastes have been removed. An inspection was made from the roadway an <br /> 15 pictures were taken. There has been no progress.
