The LEA and Code Enforcement offices reported that the waste piles had beer' growing over recent <br /> months. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: This is an active illegal disposal site (surface dumping) and should be <br /> considered as a candidate for cleanup (clean closure) through the AB 2136 Program if an <br /> appropriate enforcement order fails to achieve a timely cleanup by the owner. The LEA &/or Code <br /> Enforcement office should initiate further enforcement actions that will lead to cleanup by the <br /> owner, the County, and/or the AB 2136 Program resources. The Enforcement Order format should <br /> incorporate Public Resources Code sections applicable to the AB 2136 Program. <br /> (Note: The cleanup of this property should be coordinated with the remediation of the adjacent <br /> property, Bill Lane Dump, 39-CR-0001.) <br />
