The District has found that Mr. Lane violated the District Open Burn <br /> Rule 4103. The illegal burning was conducted from June 6, 1998 through June <br /> 23, 1998 (18 days). The District feels that the Open Burning violations may be <br /> useful in a joint environmental agency prosecution. Details of the burn violation <br /> are attached. If you feel joint prosecution is undesirable, the District will proceed <br /> with its own independent legal action. Please inform District staff if you desire to <br /> include these burn violation in your case.
