On December 9, 1998, Mr. Mindt drafted a final draft <br /> 14 of the Notice and Order to abate to Bill Lane . On December 28, <br /> 15 1998, Mr. Mindt added pictures to the Bill Lane Dump file. <br /> 16 On January 6, 1999, Steven Mindt received a Title Search <br /> 17 from Central Valley Title Company listing Bill F. Lane as legal <br /> 18 owner of the property at 23201 South Santa Fe Road, Escalon, <br /> 19 California. On January 25, 1999, Mr. Mindt worked on his <br /> 20 Declaration for 120 minutes . His computer crashed and all <br /> 21 information was lost . <br /> 22 On February 8, 1999, Steven Mindt made a site inspection on <br /> 23 the progress of the clean-up at Bill Lane Dump. No progress had <br /> 24 been made and pictures were taken of the Subject Property. On <br /> 25 February 10, 1999, Mr. Mindt completed his Declaration of <br /> 26 Support for Notice and Order Number to abate, Number 98-01 . <br /> 27 On February 11, 1999, Mr. Mindt left film containing <br /> 28 pictures of Bill Lane Dump at Wolfe Camera to be developed.
