Melissa Aronson also claimed that Mr. Lane burns garbage on his property on a regular basis and offered to testify as a witness if needed. On August 14, 1990, 1 prepared a declaration in support of a preliminary injunction and submitted it to the San Joaquin District Attorney's Office.
