Main Street, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1105.2(b) <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill all of the septic tanks, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> d. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from premises <br /> to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, <br /> Section 5-2401. <br /> e. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards <br /> prior to recording the final map.
