Tretheway Road, Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 6.A A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1115.7) <br /> c.) Destruction of the abandoned well on the designated remainder under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> v inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcels #1, #2, #3, and designated <br /> remainder under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required <br /> at the time of development.
