CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-93-103 <br /> Walter Cranston <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the approval <br /> of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's <br /> Office. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The minimum parcel size shall be 10 acres. <br /> b. Any work done in the riparian area shall require prior approval with State Fish and Game. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See attached memo dated November 23, 1993. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> See attached memo dated November 17, 1993. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - MS-93-103 <br />
