Lovely Road, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study on all designated parcels, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic <br /> tank system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The sewage disposal systems on all designated parcels shall comply with the on site <br /> sewage Standards of San Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are <br /> required prior to Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation <br /> tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems on all designated parcels under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on all designated parcels under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development.
