CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-93-75 <br /> Gurinder & Gurmal Grewal, et al <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's Office. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. Parcels 1 and 2 shall contain ten (10) acres. (Development Title Section 9-610.3{a}) <br /> Parcel sizes shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. The minimum width of the Parcels 1 and 2 shall be 150 feet. The minimum width of the <br /> Designated Remainder shall be 330 feet. (Development Title Section 9-610.4) Parcel <br /> widths shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. The following note shall be placed on the Parcel Map: <br /> In accordance with Section 9-610.2 of the San Joaquin Development Title for the <br /> creation of homesite parcels, these parcels cannot be further subdivided. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Works dated September 14, 1993. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Health dated September 7, 1993. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> NOTE: A copy of the letter received from the Rhodes Bean & Supply Co-op is attached for your <br /> information. <br /> NOTE: On September 24, 1993,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> MS-93-75, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - MS-93-75 <br />
