CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-93-81 <br /> Frank Faria <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's <br /> Office. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. Parcel two (2) shall contain a minimum of two (2) acres or a maximum of five (5) gross <br /> acres (Development Title 9-610 (a)(2)(3). Parcel sizes shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. Parcel one(1) minimum width shall be 330 feet on each road frontage. (Development Title <br /> 9-610-4). Parcel two (2) (homesite parcel), minimum lot width shall be 150 feet. Parcel <br /> widths shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The boundary of the 100-Year Flood Plain shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. See the attached memo from Public Works, dated October 12, 1993, for additional <br /> conditions. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Health, dated September 24, 1993. <br /> 4. ESCALON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT: <br /> See the attached informational letter from Escalon Unified School District, dated <br /> September 14, 1993. <br /> NOTE: On October 19, 1993, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> MS-93-81, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - MS-93-81 <br />
