SAN JOAQUIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> COUNTY SITE APPROVAL/USE PERMIT <br /> FILE NUMBER: <br /> PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> (Attach additional sheets as necessary) <br /> See Chapter 9-1025 of the Development Title for Performance Standard Regulations <br /> Air Quality <br /> Describe air pollutants that may result from the project including during construction: <br /> 1.Exhaust emissions from on-site construction equipment,water access skiff,work boat,and supply boat with an average of 2 trips <br /> a day.Once completed there will be private watercraft patrons with more likely crowds on weekends,during the season, <br /> during the season, or from a scheduled private event. <br /> Noise <br /> Describe on-site sources of noise or vibration that may result from the proposed project: <br /> 1. Piped and live music for the resort patrons as well as from the resort patrons. <br /> 2. For crowd control a loud speaker may periodically need to be utilized. <br /> Describe any machinery,equipment,or transportation noise that may result from the proposed project: <br /> 1. Noise may result from the work equipment and boats during construction during normal working hours. <br /> Noise will result from watercraft patrons accessing the resort and service boats shuttling supplies for the restaurant and bar. <br /> Light and Glare <br /> Describe any on-site sources of light and/or glare that may result from the proposed project: <br /> 1.Security lighting,task lighting and functional lighting. Predominantly down-light fixtures. <br /> Every effort will be made to avoid glare because of the surrounding water surfaces. <br /> Odor <br /> Describe any on-site source of odor that may result from the proposed project: <br /> 1.
