A PARENT CALLED THE SCHOOL AND INDICATED HER <br /> CHILDREN WERE HAVING DIARRHEA AND VOMITING WHEN THEY GOT HOME FROM SCHOOL ON MAY 12,2022. <br /> SHE TOOK HER CHILDREN TO THE DOCTOR AND THE DOCTOR DIAGNOSED THEM WITH FOOD POISONING. <br /> THE PARENT ALLEGED THAT THE CHILDREN ONLY ATE MEALS AT SCHOOL ON MAY 12. BREAKFAST ON <br /> 05/12/22 WAS A SHELF STABLE COFFEE CAKE, GRAHAM CRACKER, SHELF STABLE JUICE BOX,AND WHITE <br /> MILK. LUNCH WAS A CHOICE BETWEEN TURKEY TACO, CHEESE PILLOW PULL APART, OR PERSONAL PIZZA. <br /> THE TURKEY IN THE TACO IS A PREPROCESSED ITEM AND WAS NOT COOKED FROM A RAW STATE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
