OBSERVATION: During the inspection, at least 2,795 pounds of R134, 1,520 pounds of R410A, and 1,200 <br /> pounds of mix refrigerant gas were found inside the shop, next to the south wall; these items are routinely handled <br /> and stored at this facility and have been present at this facility for longer than one year. The business has not <br /> updated and submitted the information within 30 days. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> .................................................................................................................................... <br /> 2.
