6. Diesel—the 1,000 gallon tank of diesel has not been reported. <br /> 7. Gasoline—the 55 gallon tank of gasoline has not been reported. <br /> 8. Calcium hypochlorite—the 1,210 pounds of calcium hypochlorite has not been reported. <br /> 9. Diphacinone—the eight 30 pound containers of diphacinone have not been reported. <br /> • Violation #6,the site map does not show or address the following: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 3. Emergency response equipment (spill control). <br /> 4. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 5. The handling/storage areas for the compressed oxygen, acetylene, pump oil, duratran oil, hydraulic <br /> fluid, diesel, gasoline, calcium hypochlorite, and diphacinone. <br /> 6. The topographical information is not complete/accurate; the map does not show each structure present <br /> at this facility. <br /> 7.
