Hazardous Materials Program Compliance Review <br /> Jennifer Daniel, <br /> I have reviewed the CERS submittal from 9/19/22 and compliance status and have found the following issues: <br /> • Violation #5—the hazardous materials inventory is not complete/up to date. <br /> 1. Oxygen, compressed—the storage pressure element has not been completed. <br /> 2. Acetylene—the storage pressure element has not been completed. <br /> 3. Power THF (hydraulic fluid) -the storage pressure element has not been completed. <br /> • Violation #6,the site map does not show or address the following: <br /> 1. Emergency response equipment (spill kit). <br /> 2. The handling/storage area for the diphenadione, compressed oxygen, acetylene, sulfur and <br /> Hypochlorous Acid, Calcium Salt. <br /> ➢ A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer <br /> drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and <br /> storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility <br /> then list it on the map and label as "NA". <br /> Be advised,the violation comply by date has passed, consequently all time spent attempting to obtain compliance may <br /> be billed at$156 an hour. <br /> In-office CERS help is available and is provided at EHD hourly rate ($156).
