Department of Public Works (response, 3-26-86) : See recommended condition of approval under Department of Public Works. Local Health District ( response, 3-11-86) : See recommended condition of approval under Local Health District . Tracy Public Schools ( response, 3-10-86) : Further residential developments in district boundaries will con- tinue to impact school facilities. Development must be accom- panied either by execution of agreement to pay school facility impact fees or payment of a school facility bedroom tax. See recommended conditions of approval under Tracy Public Schools. New Jerusalem Drainage District (response, 3-5-86) : The District indicates that it has a valid, recorded pipeline easement along the northern 30 feet of Parcel and that entry upon the easement may be required to maintain or repair an existing drainage pipeline . For this reason, no buildings or permanent structures or trees should be placed on the easement . See the recommended conditions of approval . In addition, the District indicates that the drainage pipeline is of open-joint construction embedded in gravel and designed to intercept subsurface water and thereby lower the water table in the area. Because of the drain' s design, the District is con- cerned that septic system leach water will percolate into the drain pipe and be transported to the San Joaquin River . The District suggests that appropriate restrictions be placed on the location of the leach field. See the recommended conditions of approval .
