Vincent Daibi, Esero+ Officer, First Stockton Title <br />Com;,any, the following information Is forwarded regarding the public rater supply <br />and sewage dis;,osal for Mosher Manor Subdivision, Stockton: <br />A. Doawstie water supply to be furnished uy *public domestic water <br />supply wall located within the subdivision with annexation to <br />Wilkinson Manor County Maintenance District for an auxiiliery <br />water supply. <br />0, individual sewage disposal systems shall be Installed on each <br />parcel under a Sanitation Permit and Inspection by the San Joaquin <br />Local Health District. An area of 12,000 square feet shall ba <br />designated on each parcel for sewage disposal. The areas are to <br />be shown on the final parcel map and recorded on each deed as a <br />restriction on land use.
